Namu (meaning ‘Tree’ in Korean) is the embodiment of director and award-winning restauranteur David Lee’s passion to transform Auckland's cultural and hospitality scene.

Drawing inspiration from his Korean heritage and his success in the New Zealand Hospitality scene, David aspires to push culinary boundaries to introduce his patrons to new flavours and create unique lasting experiences.
